Red Light Therapy is a calming, light-based treatment to support your body’s natural ability to heal and restore. Sessions typically begin at 20 minutes with 10 minutes on the front and 10 on the back for $30 but time and settings can be customised to suit your needs and focus areas.

You’re welcome to enjoy red light therapy on its own, in between your Ka Huna sessions, or as a nourishing add-on to your massage. Together, these therapies work in harmony to reduce inflammation, soothe sore muscles, support glowing skin, and gently restore energy, creating a deeply layered experience of healing and calm.

For best results, regular sessions are recommended, ideally 2 to 3 times a week for the first month to build momentum, then weekly or fortnightly for ongoing support. Like any wellness practice, the benefits are cumulative, gently supporting your vitality and balance over time.
